5 star ratingMy experience with Boomtown as a renter was a great experience. The staff were very accommodating and helpful whenever I had maintenance issues. There was a time I experienced an hazardous situation at my rental and immediately the matter was taken care of by Angie and Ben. Moreover, Jose was great at conducting repairs at my rental at various times throughout the year. Lastly, John was available whenever I had emergency requests to answer my issues, no matter what time or day it was, he responded back to my requests in a timely matter whether it was during business hours or after the office was closed.

5 star ratingWe have rented through Boomtown, Inc. for about a year and, after having dealt with many other rental agencies/property managers, it is obvious that Boomtown takes pride in their work. We live in an upscale townhouse in Montgomery Village and Boomtown ALWAYS make sure to get things fixed promptly and without cutting corners or finding the cheapest fix possible. The free online payment system is secure, free, extremely convenient, free, easy to use, and did I mention free? Getting ahold of Boomtown is easy as well. Others have mentioned going through the website, but I never did so. We always would either call, text, or email Boomtown and have a response and solution in a timely fashion. Would I recommend Boomtown to friends/family? I would be disappointed if they chose anyone else!
