5 star ratingWe have been renting from Boomtown for the past two months, and we couldn't be happier! Whenever we ran into any issues with the rental, someone was there to get it fixed right away. The company is very responsive and just great to work with. Up to now I have always rented from luxury apartment properties, and was really worried about renting from a local property management company. However, they put all my fears to rest! They are comparable, if not better, than all the luxury properties I lived in as far as responsiveness, time frame of repairs, friendliness and professionalism.

The application they have you take at the beginning of the process is extremely helpful in the fact that they do not waste your time!
